SPR# MHOL664PJN - A delegate with write access to a Manager's calendar was not able to create an appointment. This fix allows the delegate with calendar write access (ACL access 'No Access', but with 'Write Public Documents') to be able to create new calendar entries (as would happen when using a Notes client).
